We are a women-led climate-smart agribusiness in Adamawa State, Nigeria, converting maize cobs and rice husks into eco-friendly bio-briquettes that power cleaner cooking, sustainable livelihoods, and greener communities.

Across many rural communities in Northern Nigeria:
Tons of agricultural waste are openly burned after harvest
Farmers lose potential income from unused residues
Families struggle with rising charcoal and firewood prices
Women and children are exposed to harmful indoor smoke
At Benineks Farms, we saw an opportunity to transform this challenge into a sustainable solution — converting waste into affordable clean cooking fuel while creating jobs and protecting the environment.
We cultivate maize and rice using sustainable agricultural practices that improve productivity while reducing environmental impact.
We intentionally create opportunities for women and young people through:
Green jobs
Distribution networks
Agricultural value chains
Community enterprise participation
